Change of Board and management of MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited 
Company (MFB Zrt.): 
We hereby inform the investors of MFB Zrt., that as of 17 June 2010 Dr. Tamás 
Fellegi, Minister of National Development of the Republic of Hungary in his 
capacity as Exerciser of the Ownership Rights of MFB Zrt. recalled the Board of 
Directors and the Supervisory Board, as well as released Dr. János Eros from his 
position as Chief Executive Officer of MFB Zrt. The Minister appointed Mr. 
László Baranyay as Chairman of the new Board of Directors and as Chief Executive 
Officer of the bank. The members of the Board of Directors of MFB Zrt are the 
following: 
·    Mr. László Baranyay, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive 
Officer (according to the stipulations of the relevant law entitled to use the 
title of Chairman and Chief Executive) 
·    Dr. Ferenc Gerhardt, Member of the Board of Directors 
·    Mr. Zoltán Urbán, Member of the Board of Directors 
·    Mr. György Várady, Member of the Board of Directors 
·    Mr. Ferenc Orosz, Member of the Board of Directors 
·    Dr. Kálmán Szentpétery, Member of the Board of Directors
