CHARM Finance Plc (a subsidiary of Church of England Pensions Board) is pleased to announce that application has been made by CHARM Finance Plc to the UK Listing Authority for the GBP50.0 million 3.509% guaranteed bonds due 2048 to be listed on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these bonds to be admitted to trading.
