Preparation of estates strategy

The Issuer hereby notifies the holders of the Bonds that it has been informed by the University of Keele that during 2016, the University intends to draw up and consider an estates strategy with a view to potentially increasing the amount and quality of its on-campus student accommodation provision. Only on the conclusion of this estates strategy review by the University of Keele will the Issuer be able to consider the potential impacts, if any, on the Issuer and the holders of the Bonds, at which time further notices may be issued.
