The Company has been informed that Michael de Villiers, Director, has bought 844,500 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in Ariana ("Ariana Shares") at an average price of 2.3116 pence (GBP19,521) in his own ISA and that his wife has bought 1,706,000 Ariana Shares at an average price of 2.3116 pence (GBP39,436) in her ISA and at the same time Michael de Villiers has sold 2,550,500 Ariana Shares at an average price of 2.31 pence (GBP58,917).
