The Company was notified on 12 April 2023 that The Avantgarde
Group S.p.A., a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with Alessandro
Zamboni, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
of SYME acquired a total of 925,000,000 ordinary shares of nominal
value GBP0.00002 each in the capital of the Company at a price of
GBP 0.000513 per ordinary share, details of which are below.
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in
accordance with the requirements of Regulation 2014/596/EU, which
is part of the domestic law of the United Kingdom of Great Britain
and Northern Ireland ("UK") pursuant to the Market Abuse
