Admission of Ordinary Shares
(London & Dubai, 1 October 2018) ADES International Holding
Ltd. ("ADES" or the "Company") (LON: ADES), the London-listed
company providing offshore and onshore oil and gas drilling and
production services in the Middle East and Africa through its
subsidiaries, announces that further to the issue of shares to
Nabors Industries Ltd in connection with the acquisition of three
operating offshore jack-up rigs in the Arabian Gulf, an application
has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of
1,590,852 ordinary shares to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market
for listed securities. Admission is expected to commence on 4
October 2018. The additional ordinary shares rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
Following the issue of the ordinary shares to Nabors in June
2018, the share capital of the Company consists of 43,793,882
ordinary shares. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 43,793,882 which may be used by shareholders or other
persons as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
