Notification of the Delisting from the London Stock Exchange

ANA HOLDINGS INC. (the "Company") hereby announces that it has applied for the cancellation of the listing of its shares of common stock (JP3429800000) (the "Shares") from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and the cancellation of the admission to trading of its Shares from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

   1         Reason for the Delisting 

The Company decided to apply for the cancellation of the listing and trading of its Shares due to the low volume of Shares traded on the London Stock Exchange and having assessed that the delisting will have negligible effect on the Company and the Company's shareholders and investors.

   2         Continuation of Listing on Other Stock Exchanges 

The Shares will continue to be listed and traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

   3         Schedule 

The cancellation of the listing and trading of the Shares from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange is expected to be effective by the start of January 2017.
