            ACQUISITOR HOLDINGS FURTHER REDUCES STAKE IN AIR METHODS

Following our announcement on 17 November 2005, Acquisitor Holdings filed a
further Schedule 13D Amendment on 1 December 2005 under the rules of the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission reporting sales of 409,600 shares of Common
Stock of Air Methods Corporation (Nasdaq ticker AIRM). The Company realised
profits of around #1.6 million on these sales giving aggregate realised profits
on sales of AIRM in November of around #2.1million. The Company now owns 480,890
shares or 4.4% of the Common Stock.

Duncan Soukup, Deputy Chairman of the Company, commented: "Whilst we maintain
our positive outlook for Air Methods and belief in the company's management, the
share price has now risen over 29% since announcement of 3rd Quarter results on
9 November. We have therefore taken the opportunity to realise profits and
reduced the level of our exposure to market risk."
