Arla Foods UK plc Director Declaration

The following information is given, subsequent to John Warren's appointment as a
non-executive director of Arla Foods UK plc on 1 February 2006.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13(1) of the Listing Rules, John Warren has
advised that with effect from 16th March 2007, he will be appointed to the board
of Uniq plc as a non-executive director. Mr Warren is also a non-executive
director of The Rank Group plc, Bovis Homes Group plc, BPP Holdings plc and
Spectris plc.
