                                 Contract Award

AeroBox Composite Structures LLC ("ACS"), the US subsidiary of Aerobox plc, has
agreed to supply the AeroBox AKE-STD (standard door curtain) to ULD control and
pooling service specialists Unitpool AG. The ULDs (unit load devices) are for
use by Unitpool's airline group including: Swiss International Air Lines, Eithad
Airways (the national airline of the United Arab Emirates), Air Transat and
World Airways. The contract, initiated by Aerobox's primary agent Watermark
Limited, has a sales value to ACS of $1.4m before agents commission. The units
are scheduled for delivery commencing in May 2006.

Ray Gibbs, Group Managing Director said: "Sales momentum for the AeroBox,
particularly in the Middle East has been quickly established and this initial
contract to supply Unitpool is another major milestone in growing our ULD
business. Unitpool is the leading player in this sector and manages over 17,500
ULDs through 270 plus worldwide stations covering 28 airlines. With Unitpool
choosing the AeroBox ULD, we have yet another endorsement of the market
acceptance of our product. ULD pooling is a rapidly emerging sector in the
airline industry and the exposure of the AeroBox to a number of new airlines
will significantly increase the global usage and market awareness of our product
offering. Encouragingly, we have been advised by Watermark that if the ULD
performance meets expectations then further orders for increasing amounts will
be placed in successive years."
