                    Further share placing to fund expansion

AeroBox plc announces that it has completed an additional share placing to raise
#640,000, before expenses, through the issue to investors of 2,000,000 new
Ordinary Shares at 32p per share. The shares have been issued in response to
market demand and the net proceeds will provide the Company with additional
working capital and funds for new product development.

Application will be made for the 2,000,000 new Ordinary Shares issued under the
Placing to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 2
February 2004.
