The Company was informed on 5 June 2007 that on 5 June 2007 William Douie and
Andrew Bailey, directors of the Company, were each awarded EMI options over
50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an
exercise price of 55.5p per Ordinary Share. These options were awarded in
substitution for options previously awarded in May 2006 for which anticipated
tax benefits were not subsequently available.
