Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the Company received
notification on 11 August 2006 from Griffin Two Limited that it had disposed of
8,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Subsequent to this disposal Griffin
Two Limited had an interest in 52,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 24.88% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 208,999,999shares of 0.5 pence
nominal value.
