Announcement of refinancing

The Company is pleased to announce that it has exercised the option contained in its existing facility agreement to extend its GBP500m multi-currency financing facility, comprising a GBP250m term loan and a GBP250m revolving credit facility, with its current lenders. The facility will now run until 6(th) February 2022.
