RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The British Land Company PLC (the 'Company') held its Annual
General Meeting ('AGM') at Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill, 30
Portman Square, London W1H 7BH earlier today. All resolutions were
voted on by way of a poll and were passed by shareholders. The
results of the poll are set out below.

The issued share capital of the Company as at 6.30pm on 14 July
2017 (the time by which shareholders wanting to attend, speak and
vote at the AGM were required to be entered on the register) was
1,029,863,5654 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (excluding treasury
shares).
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 copies of the resolutions
passed at the AGM, other than resolutions constituting ordinary
business, will shortly be available for inspection at the National
Storage Mechanism (www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm). A copy of the
poll results for the AGM will also shortly be available on the
