Blue Star Capital plc (AIM: BLU), the investing company with a focus on esports, payments, technology and its applications within media and gaming, announces that Brian Rowbotham, a director of the Company, has stepped down from the board of the Company with immediate effect due to reasons of health.

The Company will start the process of looking for a replacement non-executive director immediately.

Tony Fabrizi, Executive Chairman of Blue Star Capital said that: "It has been a pleasure working with Brian who has supported the Company since early 2021. We are sorry to see Brian step down and wish him very well for the future."
