Director/ PDMR Dealings
Belvoir Lettings plc (AIM: BLV), has been notified that on 30
November, Paul George, Non-Executive Director of the Company, and
Michael Stoop, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Paul George purchased 10,000 shares at 90p each. Following this
transaction Paul holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.03% of total issued share capital and voting rights
of the company.
Michael Stoop purchased 10,000 shares at 93p each. Following
this transaction Michael holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.03% of total issued share capital and voting rights
of the company.
