AIM Release
26 April 2017
Major Transaction Unit Established with Senior Appointments
BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or "the Company")
(AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on improving
productivity and creating operational efficiencies in the workplace
with "Workplace Analytics", is pleased to announce the formation of
a new Global Project Management Office based in Hong Kong ("Global
PMO"), a division formed to handle single transactions that have a
material value in excess of US$20 million within a three year
period, including acquisition, Innovation Partnerships or Platinum
Reseller agreements. As part of this initiative, the Company is
establishing three primary regional divisions within its primary
target markets - namely BOS North America, BOS EMEA (Europe, Middle
East and Africa) and BOS Asia-Pacific - which will work alongside
the Global PMO to identify new business opportunities and support
the continued roll-out of BOS GLOBAL's innovative software
portfolio.
Having identified significant commercial demand for the
Company's innovative suite of software products, the creation of
the Global PMO and regional offices provides a focused structure
through which BOS GLOBAL will target large corporate deals and
ultimately build customer reach. The decision to create the Global
PMO was solidified following the Company's recent conditional
agreement to acquire a 40% interest in Call Design Pty Ltd ("Call
Design"), a profitable, Australian based, global provider of
workforce optimisation tools, focused particularly on call centre
services. The acquisition was managed by the Global PMO and was
successfully secured within a short time frame. Please see
announcements dated 5 April 2017 and 21 April 2017 for further
detail.
Supporting the Global PMO, BOS GLOBAL is also pleased to
announce a number of key appointments. Mr. Bill Brooks will assume
the role of Director of the Global PMO and Designate Managing
Director of BOS GLOBAL Asia Pacific based in Kong Kong, effective
from 1 May 2017. With over 20 years' strategic corporate experience
and proven success in spearheading business performance
optimisation campaigns, including operating a large greenfield
600-seat outsourced call centre which was awarded the best 250+
seat call centre and at the time was the highest ever rating in the
APAC region. Drawing on his extensive experience deploying large
call centres, Mr. Brooks will be an integral part in supporting the
Company's active growth strategy, as it looks to secure new
commercial sales agreements and rapidly build the Company's global
operational presence. See below for further information.
Mark Bremberg will join the Company as Head of Sales of BOS
GLOBAL, initially based in Sydney, Australia, and an Executive
Member of Global PMO. With over 25 years' management and sales
experience across London, Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore, securing
sales deals in excess of A$100m, he will have an initial focus on
building BOS GLOBAL's operations in Australia before seeking to
build the Company's global sales capability in the UK, Americas and
Asia. See below for further information.
Greg Mason has been appointed General Manager of Australia and
an Executive Member of the Global PMO with responsibility for
Technology and Investments. With over 25 years' management
experience and over 20 years' working within the technology space,
directly related to the computer industry operating both in large
and small enterprises, Mr. Mason has proven success in providing
businesses with appropriate technology solutions to support the
achievement of targeted goals and objectives. This will be
invaluable in helping BOS GLOBAL roll-out its innovative software
solutions to new clients globally. See below for further
information.
The Company expects to make further announcements in due course
regarding its UK-EMEA and Americas regional operations as it
continues to target product Innovation Partnerships and Reseller
Agreements, such as the recently announced agreement with Call
Design.
BOS GLOBAL Managing Director Michael Travia said, "Following the
successful launch of two software products, BOS Meet and BOS
Automate in December 2016 and January 2017 respectively, the
acquisition of a strategic 40% interest in profitable Call Design
in March 2017, and a pipeline of products due to come on stream in
May 2017, including our all-inclusive BOS360 PaaS, I firmly believe
we are poised for growth. We are setting a new standard through
which individuals, teams and the company as a whole can monitor and
improve upon their business performance, pioneering a new standard
in "Workplace Analytics". To ensure we fully capitalise on the
significant development opportunities we have identified, we are
delighted to have established our Global PMO and regional offices,
which will enable us to complete large deals in excess of US$20
million in a structured and targeted manner whilst increasing our
product sales.
"We are delighted to welcome Bill, Mark and Greg to our team at
this exciting time and believe their proven success in delivering
global growth strategies and enhancing productivity in the work
place will be invaluable in supporting our continued growth. We
remain firmly focused on developing our sales initiatives to the
financial and government sectors, primarily within the Australian,
UK and US markets."

About BOS GLOBAL
BOS GLOBAL is a Software Company dedicated to making workplaces
more productive.
It does this through its patented platform built to capture and
analyse activities as a smart way to help individuals to achieve
greater levels of workplace efficiency.
The platform known as BOS360 Work Patterns Platform as a Service
('BOS360 PaaS'), which is due to be launched in May 2017, is unique
in its ability to digitally render real time views of productivity
in the form of Work Patterns at an individual, team or organisation
level.
The platform comprises of three main business competencies;
1. Workplace Automation - How digital information (records and
documents) is managed in the workplace.
2. Workplace Productivity - How people are spending their time at work
3. Workplace Integrity - How workplace information is secured and validated.
Each of these competencies are supported by a range of
enterprise grade software products designed to perform a specific
set of workplace functions. These products also act as both
collectors and feeders of information to the BOS360 PaaS for use in
the generation of Work Pattern reports and Workplace Analytics.
In addition to BOS Meet and BOS Automate, which were launched in
December 2016 and January 2017 respectively, BOS Time will be
launched in May 2017 in tandem with BOS360 PaaS.
BOS GLOBAL will generate re-occurring income through
subscriptions of its BOS360 PaaS and supporting products, as well
as through licensing of its patented Work Pattern technology. The
Company's sales strategy is focussed on building a global
distribution partner network via Enterprise Software Vendors,
Professional Services organisations and Consulting Practices.
The Company is in the process of completing a conditional
agreement to acquire a 40% interest in Call Design Pty Ltd, a
profitable, Australian based, global provider of workforce
optimisation tools, focused particularly on call centre services,
which has an established blue chip client base. This highly
synergistic investment will provide multiple cross-selling
opportunities to both companies in line with BOS GLOBAL's strategy
to deliver a comprehensive business optimisation offering
globally.
Call Design sets a new standard for Workplace Optimisation,
while BOS GLOBAL's software sets a new standard for Workplace
Efficiency. Both products will be offered through BOS360 PaaS,
setting a new standard for Workplace Analytics to give companies
greater control in making informed, fact-based decisions on their
operational activities; Workforce Analytics is a combination of
software and methodology that applies statistical models to
worker-related data, allowing enterprise leaders to optimise human
and machine resources.
BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited is a LSE AIM listed company
incorporated in Australia, operating from offices in Melbourne,
Sydney and Brisbane. The Company also has a regional office in Hong
Kong, responsible for the Asia-Pacific region and plans are well
underway to increase its representation within Europe, the Middle
East and Africa (EMEA) and North America, with offices on track to
be established in 2017 in London and San Francisco
respectively.
