    Directorate changes


    Black Raven Properties plc (AIM: BRP), the property company focussed on Portugal, is pleased to announce that Marcelo Adriano Kapel
Rebolcas Goncalves has joined the Company's Board as an Executive Director. In addition Pedro Toscano has stepped down from the Board to
pursue other business interests.

    Marcelo, aged 34, has a background in finance and was most recently the Chief Financial Officer and Partner of 7 Spa SA, a leisure
sector company.

    There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules.
