Notice of Significant Shareholder
Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base
Resources) advises that it has today received the following
notification.
UBS Group AG has notified the company that it and its related
bodies corporate (UBS Group) have a relevant interest in
61,381,904 Base Resources ordinary shares representing 5.26% of
total Base Resources ordinary shares on issue, constituting a
significant shareholding for the purposes of the AIM Rules for
companies.
UBS Group’s interest in Base Resources ordinary shares relates
to the following interests held by its related bodies

average of A$0.246 per share for
31,167,715 shares (excluding 31,223,434 shares received under the
Prime Broking Agreement). Consideration received for sales in
the four months prior to 15 October 2018 was a weighted
average of A$0.280 per share for
27,635,584 shares (excluding 17,281,918 shares returned under the
Prime Broking Agreement).
