CLOSE ENHANCED COMMODITIES FUND II LIMITED (the "Company")

CANCELLATION OF LISTING

The cancellation of the listing of the Company's Participating Shares on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities (the "Listing") has been withdrawn.

As advised to Shareholders on 24 May 2013, the Company's Listing was due to be cancelled with effect 1 July 2013 at 8 a.m. The Company has requested that the cancellation be withdrawn in order for the Company to provide shareholders of updates regarding the payment of Redemption Proceeds via RNS.
