("Chaarat" or the "Company")

Kyrgyz Investment Forum

Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (16(th) May 2017)

Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, is pleased to announce it will co-host an Investment Forum on 25(th) May 2017 with the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) entitled "The Kyrgyz Republic - a true democracy open for business".

During his recent visit to the Kyrgyz Republic the Chairman of Chaarat, Martin Andersson, was asked to ensure Chaarat worked with the government on a strategy to improve the international investor perception of the country's operating environment.

Chaarat therefore set about organising the Forum as a first stage of the strategy to educate and inform the potential investor universe. The Forum builds on the success of the inaugural UK trade mission to the Kyrgyz Republic which took place earlier this year.

EBRD kindly agreed to co-host and are providing a venue and considerable support with the administration and the Kyrgyz Embassy issued invitations and organised speakers.

The keynote speaker will be Mr Duishenbek Zilaliev, the Head of the State Committee on Industry, Energy and Mining of the Kyrgyz Republic. These are the sectors which will lead the growth of the Kyrgyz economy. In addition, Dr Siddarth Saxena, the Chairperson of the Cambridge Central Asia Forum, will provide an overview of the new opportunities provided by the knowledge economy for sectoral development of the Kyrgyz Republic. There will also be a session on the latest developments in the mining industry in the Kyrgyz Republic to encourage foreign investors to the country.

The Forum will take place between 1:30pm and 5pm on 25(th) May at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, 1 Exchange Square, London EC2A 2JN. To register, or for further information, please email info@chaarat.com

There will be opportunities for questions during the Forum and a chance to meet the speakers at a reception afterwards.

Dekel Golan, CEO of Chaarat comments: "We are encouraged by the level of interest from an impressive guest list who have already registered for this thought provoking and interesting event. We are very pleased to be able to support the Kyrgyz Government in spreading the message that it is open for business and to welcome such a distinguished panel of speakers. We are also grateful for the support of the EBRD who have been a pleasure to work with."
