The issuer advises that the following replaces the Notification of Interests
of Directors and Connected Persons (Schedule 11) announcement released on 20
December 2001 at 12.50 p.m. under RNS number 0343P.

The figure in Section 15 of the announcement should read 713,867 shares and
not 731,867 as originally stated. The figure in Section 16 should be 0.288%
and not 0.295% as originally stated.


All other details remain the same and the full text of the amended
