The Company was notified on 23 November 2017 that on 23 November 2017 Philip Anderson, the Company's Finance Director*, purchased a total of 98,026 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 102.0p per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Philip Anderson is interested in a total of 98,026 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* The Company is currently waiting for FCA approval in respect of Philp Anderson's appointment as an Executive Director of the Company.
