Further to the announcement made on 28 May 2009 the Company confirms that, 
further to specialist advice being sought, an administrator was on 23 June 
appointed to the Company. The objectives of the administrator will include 
assisting in the distribution of the funds recently received from the disposal 
of the Company's data centre business and to focus on the pursuit of the 
Company's outstanding litigation.
