The Company announces that the Net Asset Value as at 26 March 2010 (including 
current period revenue) was 372.5p. The fully diluted net asset value per share 
was 367.1p. 
 
It is important to consider notes 9 and 10 of the Interim Results announcement 
released on 26 February 2010 when considering the fully diluted net asset value 
per share.
