DataLogic's President to Purchase Company's Stock Due to Recent
Price Pullback IRVINE, Calif., April. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
DataLogic International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DLGI; Berlin,
Frankfurt: 779612), today announced that its president, Keith
Nguyen, will initiate personal purchase of the Company's stock due
to the recent price pullback. "We have numerous positive things
going for this year that are direct results of our diligent effort
from the prior year and the first quarter of this year. We expect
this to translate into positive income starting in Q1 of this year,
which we plan to report in the first week of May. We are currently
working with over ten major companies in Asia, North America, South
America, Europe and the Middle East with a majority of them
engaging in the deployment or marketing of our VoIP solutions. We
are also making steady progress with our vehicle tracking device,
Panther. It is currently being tested by our potential clients in
the US, South America, Europe and China. The preliminary test
results have been good and we are very optimistic of the products'
potential outlook. The majority of the expenditures are now behind
us and we're looking forward to a healthier fundamental this year,"
commented Keith Nguyen, DataLogic's President. "In light of this, I
feel that the stock is attractive at this level and will initiate
buying for my personal holding," added Nguyen. About DataLogic
