RESULT OF AGM

Duet Real Estate Finance Limited (LSE: DREF) is pleased to announce the following results from its Annual General Meeting held today at 10:30 a.m. A total of 12 valid proxy forms were received, representing 27,228,642 ordinary shares, being 37.9% of the issued share capital.
