Expiry of Employee Share Options

eServGlobal Limited (ASX: ESV & LSE: ESG) announces that 1,000,000 share options issued under the Company's Share Option Plan have been cancelled and a further 50,000 share options have expired.

The issued share capital remains 196,847,706 ordinary shares and the number of options under the Company's Share Option Plan (not listed) is now 6,710,000.

In addition, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.22.3 the exercise price of the options on issue under the Company's Share Option Plan has been reduced by the amount of the capital return ($0.16854 per share) included in the $0.29 per share distribution made on 23 August 2011. Set out below are the details of the current options including the revised exercise price.
