    FUNDAMENTAL-E INVESTMENTS PLC (the "Company" or "FEI")

Grant of Options

The Board of the Company announces that on 7 September 2006, the Company
granted options (the "Options") to subscribe for 10,000,000 new ordinary shares
of 0.1 pence each in FEI to Mike Hill, a director of the Company.

The exercise price for the Options is 0.215 per share, being the closing price
of FEI's shares on the working day prior to the date of grant. The options may
be exercised at any time from 7 March 2007 up to and including 6 September
2016.
