WITKOP MINE retrenchment

LONDON, UK -- (14 December 2012)

Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) announces that following its decision to place the Witkop mine ("the mine") on care and maintenance, the Company has now concluded the statutory period for consultation with the mine's union representatives and reached an agreed settlement in respect of the retrenchment of its mine employees.
