Flybe announces that on 30 January 2015, the following Director share purchase was made in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

-- Saad Hassan Hammad, CEO and Director of the Company, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company each at a price of 66.26p per share.
