Further to the Update on Scrip Dividend & PDMR announcement
issued by Good Energy on 25 June 2018, as the result of a technical
issue at RNS the PDMR forms were not published in full as part of
the announcement. The full PDMR forms are set out below in
accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market
