The board of Directors (the "Board") of Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited will announce the Group's full year results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2023 on Tuesday, 31 October 2023.

The Company will host a live webcast and conference call on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 at 2:00pm Mauritius / 10:00am UK / 12:00pm South Africa via the Investor Meet Company platform, with the presentation being open to all existing and potential shareholders.
