DIRECTORATE CHANGE

LONDON - 23 February 2018 - Ben Mingay is to retire as a Non-Executive Director of HomeServe plc with effect from 26 March 2018 after six years on the Board. Ben was appointed to the Board in January 2012 and has served on the Audit & Risk, Nomination and Remuneration committees throughout his time on the Board.
