FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 
Heywood Williams Group PLC ("the Company") advises that it received notice on 7 
May 2009 from Investec Asset Management Ltd ("Investec") that following a 
disposal of shares Investec now has an indirect interest in 13,375,000 of the 
voting shares of the Company. As a result Investec's percentage holding has 
crossed the 16% threshold and represents 15.762% of the Company's issued 
ordinary share capital.
