The Board of Dart Group PLC announce that the Group Finance Director, Grant
Westcott will be leaving the Company in August of this year.  Mr Westcott has,
for family reasons, decided to emigrate to New Zealand.  He will be actively
involved in the recruitment of a successor to the position of Chief Financial
Officer and it is intended that an appointment will be made prior to Mr
Westcott's departure.
