The Company announces that is has today repurchased 39,177 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 99.40 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 38,406,834 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 178,434,961.
