Declaration of Dividends

The Directors of JPMorgan Elect plc have declared the following dividends:

Managed Growth Shares

A quarterly interim dividend of 3.00 pence per Managed Growth share, for the fourth quarter to 31st August 2017, will be paid on 20th September 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25th August 2017 (ex dividend date 24th August 2017).

The payment will bring the total dividends for the year ending 31st August 2017 to 11.00 pence per share (2016: 8.70p). The objective of this share class is long term capital growth.

Managed Income Shares

A quarterly interim dividend of 1.65 pence per Managed Income share, for the fourth quarter to 31st August 2017, will be paid on 20th September 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25th August 2017 (ex dividend date 24th August 2017).

The payment will bring the total dividends for the year ending 31st August 2017 to 4.20 pence per share (2016: 3.90p). In the absence of unforeseen circumstances the Board intends to declare the first three interim dividends for the year ending 31st August 2018 at 1.05 pence per share. The level of the fourth interim dividend will be determined by the Board towards the end of the Company's 2017/18 financial year and will depend on the level of dividends received and anticipated by the Company. It is also the Board's aim to increase the total dividends each year by inflation and to pay not less than 4.20 pence per share for the year ending 31st August 2018.

Managed Cash Shares

An interim dividend of 0.35 pence per Managed Cash share, for the year ending 31st August 2017, will be paid on 20th September 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25th August 2017 (ex dividend date 24th August 2017).
