Simon Littlewood, Chief Executive of LAC, has exercised 300,000 options at an
exercise price of 5p per share, resulting in the issue of 300,000 Ordinary 5p
shares and net proceeds to the Company of #15,000. Following the exercise of the
options, Simon Littlewood holds 2.03 million shares in the Company, equal to
0.89%.

Application will be made to admit the 300,000 new ordinary shares to trading on
AIM and admission is expected on 12 January 2007.
