St. Petersburg, Russia, 28 September 2022: Lenta IPJSC (LSE:
LNTA, MOEX: LENT), one of the largest multi-format retail chains in
Russia, today announces the holding of the Board of Directors
meeting on 28 September 2022.
The agenda of the meeting: 1. Approval of transaction of the LLC
Lenta. 2. Approval of the terms for provision of external audit
services and contracts entered into with the LLC"Gruppa
Finansy".
