Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Marechale Capital announces that it has today awarded options to
the following directors of the Company: Patrick Booth-Clibborn
(4,395,303 shares); Mark Warde-Norbury (547,971 shares); and Jeremy
Stephenson (547,971 shares). The options will be exercisable at a
price of 1.12p per share and will vest in equal instalments on each
of the first three anniversaries of today's date.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the
requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further
detail.
