Director/PDMR shareholding
Michelmersh (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, has
today been notified that Mr Frank Hanna, Joint CEO of the Company,
has transferred 41,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal
shareholding account to the Hanna SSAS.
Following the transfer, Mr Hanna's beneficial interest in the
Ordinary Shares of the Company remains unchanged at 591,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.6 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. The transfer price was 87.5 pence per
Ordinary Share.
