Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

LZYE Group Plc (AIM: LZYE), the AIM listed club-based provider of children's educational programmes announces that Zeus Capital Limited has resigned with immediate effect as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, the Exchange may cancel the admission of the Company's securities. Accordingly the potential cancellation time and date is 7.00am on 16 June 2014.

The Company will make further announcements as and when appropriate.
