On 8 November 2010 the Company was notified that clients under the discretionary 
management of their investment manager, Oracle Management Limited, hold an 
interest in 17,499 ordinary shares of GBP10 each, representing 4.6% of the 
issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 10,749 of these shares are held 
through Euroclear Nominees Limited and 6,750 shares are held through HSBC Client 
Holdings Nominee (UK) Ltd., as nominees. These interests have been held since 
2006.
