December 2008 Standard Life Investments Ltd had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Standard Life Investments Ltd
holding a total of 9,386,452 ordinary shares representing approximately 7.827% of the issued share capital of the Company.

    As at 16 December 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
