Responsibilities
NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading
specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, announces
the following changes to its Director Roles and Responsibilities
with effect from 11 April 2024.
In accordance with Listing Rule
9.6.11, Ms Caroline Chan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company,
has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, the
Management Engagement Committee, the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, the
Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination
Committee, with effect from 11 April
2024.
