Bank Loan repayment

The Company announces that on 13 August 2007 it repaid �500,000 from the �
7,000,000 unsecured Revolving Credit Facility with the Bank of Scotland
expiring on 14 October 2007. This repayment leaves �4,000,000 of the bank
facility outstanding.
