In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure and

following:
As at 31 December 2018, Paragon Banking Group PLC's capital
consists of 281,621,467 ordinary shares with voting rights. Paragon
Banking Group PLC holds 20,800,284 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Paragon
Banking Group PLC is 260,821,183.
The above figure (260,821,183) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Paragon Banking Group PLC under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
