Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM

Praesepe announces that further to the statement made by the Group on 24 June 2011 regarding the intention to de-list its ordinary shares from trading on AIM, the Group's admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7 a.m. on 25 July 2011 (the "Cancellation") and that in accordance with Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, the Group has notified the London Stock Exchange of the Cancellation.

Following the Cancellation of trading, Praesepe will continue as an unlisted public company.
